Approximately 1,100 square feet of interior space, all on one level, plus another 200 square feet of outdoor terrace and courtyard areas.
SLEEPING
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The living room sofa converts into a queen size bed, featuring a premium gel mattress. There is a small nook with a down daybed that is perfect for a small sleeper. All linens are by Parachute and are all-cotton or down.
COOKING
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, plus all the utensils and appliances you would expect.
LAUNDRY
There is a stackable Bosch washer and dryer.
BATHROOM
The master bath has a walk-in shower and tub. There is also a smaller bath near the living area that has a walk-in shower. There are towels, robes and slippers from Parachute, plus hair and bodycare essentials.
Heat and Air, etc.
There is a wood burning fireplace and radiant heat for the winter and central air conditioning for the summer. The building is green certified with solar panels providing most of the electrical needs.
WiFi, TV, and Music
Free fast WiFi is available. There is a 49” TV in the living room and a 32” TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs have AppleTV 4K with Netflix, YouTubeTV, and Amazon Prime viewing. There are Sonos speakers in the living room and master bedroom.
